Above The Influence Should Shut Up, Lol!

I've had it with that website! It says things about "trying" any type of drug will lead to life-threatening addictions and that people can have problems with marijuana smoking. I just hate how they try to make it look like you're a hardcore drug addict if you smoke a little pot... I can understand those views, but they seem to be a tad overexadgerated. Plus, they use pesuasive words that make it sound like marijuana is super bad... Does this just make you a little annoyed everytime you hear something like this?

Dont be silly! They'll put out whatever they like, even if its completely fabricated SHIT! They're probably being lent on by the Government, and they'll say whatever they can to sell papers/get more viewers.

It's all government properganda. All these so called risks of cannabis are false. They've ALL been disproven - cancer, brain cells, gateway drug etc etc.

The Government have been lying through their teeth for so long they cant change the laws now - its all to save face.

IT's disgusting that these lies can be broadcast in the first place, not to mention the fact its taught in schools. Children are being educated with pure fiction - and there i was thinking school was THE PLACE for facts. It makes me sick.

Infact, there should be a law against it. There is no justification for cannaibs being illegal. It's harmless, and by harmless i mean HARMLESS.

It's all about control - control of the masses. The government cant do it outright because it'd be a dictatorship - so they use scare tactics to stop people doing what they like - for instance, scaring people away from smoking plant matter. Making the smoking and growing of plants [cannabis] illegal. But why? It's a victimless crime. How can burning a plant and inhaling the smoke be illegal? HOW? It's STILL control, and its still part of a dictatorship. We cant choose the laws - even though we pay their wages and they work for US! But they dont CARE what WE want - they just do what they like, take our money, lie to us and cheat us out of more and more money in taxes.

It's only in the last 70 odd years cannabis has been illegal - however, for millions upon millions, if not billions of years before it was 100% legal and completely fine.

It's also got alot to do with those bastards in the pharmacuticle industry - they know as well as the governments that cannabis is an effective medication for almost every fucking illness known to man. If cannabis was legal, perscription pills [which have 1000's side effects and generally dont help the illness] would be as good as useless. Drug testing wouldnt be around anymore either - so all those jobs would go.

And the government wouldnt be able to make any money from cannabis - because its a natural plant anyone can grow it almost anywhere, and that means the government cant extort more tax out of us.

NEXT THEY'LL BE TAXING THE AIR WE BREATHE!

Although, if you smoke cannabis, you should all ready know this - cannabis smokers are generally smarter people. We're more open minded, and we actually bother taking the time to do some REAL research instead of trusting the governments word. So many people are living in ignorance. So many people are just plain fucking stupid.

Cannabis makes people less susceptible to propaganda, they are harder to control, cannabis users are far more individualistic and follow the creativity of their own brain, not the monotonous robotic opinions of the media and Government, it is more difficult to influence cannabis users inside a formal hierarchical workplace environment. Thinking outside the box is dangerous.



For years we've been peacefully trying to get it legalised - well, it aint gunna work!

The only way to get cannabis legal, is to execute all those who stand in our way. If everyone in the world smokes weed, it cant be illegal.

The jokes we call governments need to be wiped out so that we can progress and turn this world into a better place.

A 2 year old could run a country better than bush or gordon brown.

As far as im concerned, because there is no good reason AT ALL for cannabis, A PLANT, to be illegal, it's not. As far as im concerned, cannabis is 100% legal to grow, own, smoke, sell and do what you like with.

It's a fucking plant.

I've kind of gone abit off course coz while writing this im getting more and more pissed off and the way we're treated. Cannabis smokers are frowned upon, discriminated against - its as good as fucking racism. Why should we stand for it? Why shouldnt be cut the throats of those who insult us. Their bodies would make GREAT fertilizer for our beautiful harmless yummy sweet medicinal ganja plants.




Cannabis should be legal. Legalise through force, legalise or die.

 

I've never been to the website &I have no desire to go there. The commercials are silly as hell though. They're bull and it makes me sad that they are so against a little pot. They should be making commercials tellings children to stay away from cocaine and herione and pain killers and shit.

 

AND alcohol! But they say nothing about alcohol cuz its legal... its such shit. The commercials do make me laugh though cuz they are so ridiculous!

 

Yeah, in one of them, they are hunting for "stoners" and they said that they have problems and that they can't do anything. I was like: "they have a jungle dude hunting for stoners??!! lol!" My mom says: "That a new study suggests that Canadian Canabis is addictive as cocaine." Lol, that is weird shit she is coming up with!

 

I like the one where the chic ditches the human dude and goes off with the alien. Yeah, who's the one on drugs now?

i really hated these commercials. if your stoned and would like a short entertainment. i made a parody of these lame ass above the influence bullshit right here not trying to brag i just like it and maybe it will entertain you.

 

I like how they make above the influence commerical only about Marijuana(as far as i've seen) but they never make any commericals about hard drugs that are really a threat. Waste of money to me I dunno why these people are so against something there wrongly informed about. Anyways everyones got there own opinions I guess.

 

The fact that U.S. tax payers are funding this nonsense is the worst injustice of all. Why not hand out some scholarships, repair some schools that are literally falling part, or help pay for the means by which such transgressions are spotted (which we can't even affoard in the first place)?


The only candidate who has spoken out agains the nonsense of the so-called "War on Drugs" is Ron Paul, and he makes so many good points that its scary - at least so much so that the mainstream media has to sponser him in an attemp to prevent further support of a movement that would take money out of the hands of street crooks and corporate crooks.

 

I hate the commercial where the girl is high and the dog is talking to her and is all sad and shit cause she won't play with him cause shes too high....thats fucking rediculous when im high i love playing with my dog

 

I was thinking about starting "Below the Influence" it'll be the exact opposite of Above the Influence. Would encourage people to smoke weed rather than not.

 

whenever i get people to smoke for the first time, and they mention effects like the commercial suggests, im like look at us, were fine and we smoke. im in my second year of school for mechanical engineering, ahead of schedule, i got a job, my life is plenty together, and the friends just kind of realize its not so bad.
i guess what im saying is, these commercials are useless, since the people who introduce kids to bud usually are smokers, and these effects arent true, and the kids can see it, and then try smoking.

 

Atleast things have gotten a bit better since 'Reefer Madness' though haha
