So, in a couple of days my friend and I are gonna be tripping acid in a nice hotel room at an amusement park type place. We've got music, a huge tie dye blanket/tapestry, pictures of the universe/books about the universe, and huge pieces of paper to tape on the walls so we can draw whatever we are seeing. It's both our second time. Think it'll go well? I think so =]]]
sounds like it, my friend was tripping in a hotel on shrooms at universal studios and they had all kinds of statues of movie characters and tv's of cartoons everywhere. He had a blast
that's an awesome idea!!!..to have paper up on the walls to draw what you are seeing!!!...great idea..i wish i could run along some acid...i haven't heard about it in soooooooooo long...like years~!..i can get other stuff, mush and herb..easy..but some cid would be tight!
its odd how i took acid for the visuals and fun aspects of the drug, but end up learning a alot of stuff about myself as well. hmmm..
its quite fun we swam in the pool while we were coming up, and they have ceilings that they open during the day, so i just floated on my back in the pool and watched the stars come out...and then went and sat in the hot tub and played with the bubbles!
i've always wanted to do acid in a hotel and just walk through the halls. hotels always have really crazy carpeting, and it's like a creepy twilight zone kind of place... identical halls, identical doors, going on and on and on.
anyone who can actually draw what they see on acid could sell what they draw for a lot of money. odds are what you draw will look nothing like what you see and when you look at them in the morning you will wonder why it looked so good the night before. sounds like fun as long as you are ready for what will most likely look nothing like what you actually saw.
my boyfriend has drawn stuff on acid that is just... so amazing. it's not really possible to get everything down, but sometimes you can inject so much into every half-centimeter of every mark made, and it can all be picked up on later.
this is very true. we walked around through the halls for a while and just watched the carpet move around, but since all the halls looked the same, we got lost quite a few times...luckily, it was in the middle of the night, so nobody could give us weird looks about our pupils being so dilated you couldn't see the color. you're right, the pictures I drew didn't exactly look like what I was seeing, but I think they still turned out pretty cool. Lots of colors and swirlies and stuff, you know?
Allow me to recommend the swimming pool if there is one. I have heard that it is great fun on acid, that the water is nice and cool...and it's great to have a friend tow you around so you don't even have to swim! Highly recommended. (Of course, I also know a certain someone who later ended up eating a kiwi for three hours back in the hotel room's bathtub. So YMMV!)
oh man. i love acid. it's like, you're sitting under the desk with a darth vader mask and a plaid skirt on and you're holding an orange and singing london bridge and someone asks why, and it's like, don't you see, this is the answer to everything. and it is.
