Are you asking who has been baptized with the Holy Spirt? Or are you asking if we are in the End Times?
I believe the pouring out of the spirit to be a singular event aprt from being Baptized in the Holy Ghost. Yes of course, many many are living the spirit filled life, but the pouring out is an event-specific dispensation. I think, too, that now - before the end times - we shall gather together to be a force to be taken seriously - a force, perhaps under the banner of the two olive trees of the book of Revelation. And yes, we will welcome all miracle workers with open arms.
