    NOTE: I am not an alcoholic, this a purley fictional scenario!

    After Drinking


    The eyes were nebulous, green lilies on pools of red molasses.

    Confused air clung to the side of the lungs, prying them open in gasps of awareness.

    Nerves of steel became lead, delaying each signal to the body.

    Just the scattered primitive light remains in the brain, everything human was non-essential.

    Invisibly chained to the floor, he wallowed in the disintegrated container of his sorrowful evening.
