Almost Busted (Cop gave us Break)

Well first of lemme introduce myself, the names Kris and ive been tryin to post on these forums for the longest time but for some reason never could :S Well finally I can so heres my story.

Ok, so last saturday I was smokin out some of my friends with a gram of Orange Kush that I had recently purchased. Alright so were down some road close to the school I attend where an old jail used to be. Were there smoking bowls for about maybe and hour or so just chillin hanging out. We finish smoking the kush and my friend wants to show me how his little bong works (homemade) so I was like w/e I really didnt mind, so he goes to get it from his car and comes back next to my friends jeep but I forgot he wanted to smoke schwag outta it so I was like nah man I dont wanna hit that im on my kush trip dont wanna mess it up with the stress although the schwag we get it pretty good still didnt wanna you kno. Well anyways right as hes about to put everything away we see a car coming down the road so we get cautious and just go back into the jeep. Btw its 1:30 AM and we were with a minor his girlfriend so thats past curfew where I live. Ok so as were in the car I have his homemade bong in my hand and were just chillin waiting for the car to pass but as it passes us we notice it says police on the side so were like fuck what do we do? Well I drop the bong into the brush by the jeep and immediately Nut my pipe and whatevers left of my gram. So the cop parks and asks us all what we were doing out here at this time. We just tell him were hanging out tryin to find something to do on a saturday night, then my friend says some stupid shit like were lookin at the stars and I thought for sure he was gonna fuck us up right there. Well anyways the cop goes back to his car and checks our ID's so see if we have clean records and that they check out. He also asked us if we were doing drugs and of course everyone said no so ya as he came back im sure he noticed how low our eyes were and how bloodshot they were so he asked us to step out of the car. We all step out and were just hangin by the car when he asks if he can search the vehicle. Although he had no probable cause with exception of eyes I guess but he never made reference to em my friend said ya he can check the vehicle. So hes searching the Jeep for about 3 mins and just lookin around but finds nothing. So once hes done with that he just asks us one more time if we have drugs on us and everyone says no and he just asks us if were going home and everyone said yes so that was the end of that but the road was about a 10 min drive to get back into city so he had to follow us the entire way with my friend trying to drive stick while stoned although he did good that was another thing that we were being paranoid about. At the end of it all we just got very lucky that the cop didnt search us because my friend had a pipe , bong bowl , and a 10g sack of schwag on him and I had a pipe and about .5 of a gram in my balls. Ruined a good night of kush but at least im not in the newspaper under the blotter section

interesting story, glad everythign turned out well. it doesn't always turn out that well so be careful when having weed in your car. nice job keeping your cool. and i like the fact that you allowed the cop to search your car...that just shows him you have nothing to hide. a lot of people on here will say not to let any cop to search your car, but i think that just gives them incentive to be a super asshole if they think you're hiding something.

 

True dat the cop seemed to be nice though but that is rarely the case so im not gonna be taking my pipe anymore unless I have some dank and only going to carry what I can smoke

Wow, you were pretty lucky there. Also, you could have refused a search of your person, so it would be all good there. I just think he was pestering you for a bit because he didn't have anything else to do lol. But, if you have minors present, that can make them mad, which is agreeable.

 

surprisingly he never mentioned anything about the girl lol age nothing he just followed procedure and since we kept our cool and let him search since everything was on us he was just a nice guy about it
