am i that sensitive?

i seriously feel like upset...

we were getting ready to go swimming when a friend of the kids called and invited them over to go swimming with them. so now i'm left here and they are there... i actually feel upset..

I can't swim, but we can go hiking. Hiking is more fun anyway . Hm, kids are like that. In that moment they only see the treasure, but not the effects on other beings.

i can't get in the pool by myself.. i don't have the pass.. and it's on the other side of town. i'd die before i got there..riding my bike that far.

it's over 100f here... we didn't go swimming yesterday and it was 107f..

My pool is the Chesapeake. And it's only about 79 here. You picked a bad spot.

 

i don't really like swimming in lakes... kinda freak me out. i have this weird fear of being trapped under a tree in the water.. past life death?

Awww, I would have felt kind of sad too. Mom's cool until a better offer comes around.

Ah well, that's the way it goes. Sometimes I really miss my kids being babies and needing me every second, other times I'm really glad they're at the ages they are now.
