Everyone.. Anyone who meets me says with open mouth: Oh my god!! How thin you have become??!! What have you done with yourself??? Maybe you have bolemya? Or maybe special diet?? Are you too stressed with those coming exams?? etc.. oh com' on! do you really think I am tooo thin? I am 169cm tall and weigh 45kg. (sorry I don't know how many foots or inches it is..) Earlier, even my boyfriend was against my weight. One evening, I was lying on my bad and suddenly:" Don't move! I'll make a photo of your back. Then you'll see how unusual are your bones! " Today he is happy with my look, he changed his mind and don't thinks I am too thin. However, I became shy and I don't trust myself.. I don't want to meet anyone because I can't hear anymore: oh, how thin you have become! I just want to hear your opinion. Do you think it's ugly? Here is the photo my bf made that evening
Humans are never satisfied. It's either your too thin or your too fat or too this or too that! I say fuck OTHER PEOPLES OPINIONS. Do what makes you happy, do not try and please anyone but yourself. Because once your pleased with yourself, no one can ever tell you any different. When your just you and comfortable in your own skin, people will notice that before anything else. If you dont feel comfortable, change it, because you have the power to do that! sorry about the rant but your thread provoked me.
Wouldn't hurt you to gain a little more weight, only 5 kg or so but that would help a lot... I'm 180 and weigh 60 kg, so I think 50 is a good female weight for that height...
You do look a little thin from the backside, but you're not that thin, I mean I've seen worse than that believe me. Hey if it would make you or your boyfriend feel better, you can take some of my extra weight anytime you'd like.
Don't worry about. Models have to 176cm(5'8") and 49kg (110lbs), at least. Not that we care about the models, but there are people who have a body shape like that.
people have different healthy weights, if you feel good and healthy, then you are not too thin I like girls of most all sizes, and so do most guys I know
Thank you for your answers. you are right, people never get setisfied. the best example is my grandmom I feel healthy, my father in his youth was also as thin as I am. Also my grandmom was 45 when she was 25. So this weight it's normal for me.. and I feel good I always wanted to be extra thin. Thank you all, you really encouraged me! You are nice ppl... The latest and most advanced scientific studies (I read this in the "Harvard Medical Guide) all agree that you cannot be too thin. You can be malnourished, of course--but assume you don't have an eating disorder, there is absolutely nothing wrong with being thin. You will not get any healthier by putting on weight.
just because your spine shows doesnt nessicarilly mean youre thin. your spine may just jut out a little bit. it doesnt look unusual to me. my spine does the same thing near the top... whatever. if you are happy with your body, fuck everyone else. its your body. be confident with yourself.

if you're eating healthy, don't worry about what people say. If you're thin, just because you're thin [either you have a high metabolism or something] then just shrug off people's remarks. People are such arseholes like that...I dont even want to get into how much people piss me off with the whole "weight issue" [and I dont mean you, I mean the people that make comments about others' weights] I think you're really pretty

Well are you healthy? Thats all that matters. The same goes for large women. Its only ugly if a woman has purposly starved herself, had surgey to look unaturaly thin, or on the flip side, eaten massivly unhealthy amounts of food. Dont worry your beautiful.
If you really have an eating disorder, or some kind of disease or disorder you should get it checked out, otherwise, don't worry about it. It could be dangerous, its not about looks. Anybody who thinks its about how you look isin't thinking atm. I don't really know what cms and kgs are. I go by inches and lbs.
Being thin (even without having an eating disorder) doesn't mean you're healthy though. I know thin people who eat like cows and mostly junk food or fast food. Which is incredibly UNhealthy. Just eat healthy and you'll BE healthy. As far as the weight thing goes...doesn't matter how much you weigh. I look like I weigh less than I actually do...it's all about perception...to one person 110 might be "normal"...to another that might be thin...
First reaction: yep But when I think about it, the picture may be misleading so I would not worry about it just yet based on our reactions. My advice (I if anyone every wanted it) better too big than to thin. Too big can still be healthy and often attractive too thin is very rarely attractive and never healthy. As a qualified gym instructor and former nutritionist I think healthy is best and transitory body fashions are irrelevant.
