anal rape?? would i remember it?

i went out on friday and stupidly (like the moron that i am), took 2 mg of flunitrazepam (rohypnol) with a stiff vodka.. i totally blacked out and don't remember anything from that night, EXCEPT for falling and hurting my elbow and knee, and being kicked out of someones car... (im an idiot for taking this pill, but i was having a rough week. i got dumped and have troubles at home too... but i promise, I've learned my lesson and i will never do it again)..

guys, im so paranoid about possibly being raped anally.. im a straight male who has never had anything go into my anus before.. if i were raped, would i remember it?? and more importantly, how does your anus feel after anal sex (possibly forced) for the first time?? are there internal pains? blood? is it hard to walk? a burning sensation?? please tell me!

this is very important : im worried because on monday, (2 days after the party) my anus started to burn badly!! there is no internal rectal pain, and there was no blood or signs of lube usage when i inspected myself the day after the party.. i do have a history of hemorrhoids though, passed down genetically from my father.. and i do see blood on the toilet paper if my feces come out forced, to hard or big.. so wouldn't rape in my case cause blood??.. and i did have the runs for a couple days after the roofie and alcohol.. so the burn might be because of this.. i also eat tons of spicy foods..habanero, cayenne etc..

im sorry for the nature of this question, but im dead serious and 100% not trolling... im a very paranoid person and i cant sleep anymore because of this fear im living.. if someone raped me in my blacked out state, would i remember it in flashes,like the two other memories?? and wouldn't i feel the most pain the day after? and not a couple days later?

i wish there were in the country i live in.. but we are very 3rd world here and nothing like that even exists! but thank you for your advice.
