Anatomy question

I was wondering what all organs (all of them) are in a person and espiecially a female that lie on the lower left side of the stomach area- specifically below the belly button an inch or two (about lined up with the hip) and an inch of two to the left of the belly button?

 

Ergh... Appendix and a kidney?

 

The appendix is on the right side.

 

I haven't a clue. Haha. I'm really bad at remembering what is on what side and how high. For a few weeks though I have been getting weird, mild pain there though that becomes really intense if it's touched (by anyone other then me), like to the point it cramps up and really hurts. I think in a half hour to an hour I'll move this to the health forum but I wanted to see what replies I got here first.

 

I've had pain in that area before, too. Usually it comes and goes, and it never lasts very long.

It's possible you could have pulled something, but I don't know. You might want to get it checked out if it continues.

 

Really what I'm talking about is about one to two inches directly right of the left hip.

 

Yeah, it's not constant for me either and I have been working out a lot lately so maybe I did pull something, idk. I'll go to the doctor if it keeps up but I am still wondering what organs are right there.

Pancreas or spleen? Ovary?

 

It's hard to say exactly where with those kind of pains, but it was in the lower left abdomen.

Does it feel like it's in your abdominal area, or more like your reproductive area? Again, you could have pulled something, but I can't say for sure. If it's been going on for a few weeks and it's bothering you, you should probably have it looked at by a doctor.

You know- I really have no idea. It's at a really "iffey" spot that I feel like it could be either and I can't tell which one. Are the stomach, liver and kidneys all higher then the hip area?

Well, your kidneys are located more on your backside, so it couldn't be that. And yeah, all your major organs, aside from reproductive organs, heart and brain, are located within the abdominal cavity.

 

Kidney's in the back and liver's on the other side. Could be an ovary in that area. Why the fudge are you askin us, you dingleberry! Go see a doc... STAT!

 

Ugh... now I feel a bit scared. Well, thanks... I think I'll call and make a doctor's appointment just to be safe.

 

Livers on the right? Yeah it feels like it could be an ovary maybe. Don't ask me how it feels like that cause I can't explain it. I'll call a doctor.
