SelfControl, the point is the bible is still called holly but interpretations changed. the bible is still a basis because christianity won't work without it. the pope and his adjuncts won't announce 'let's leave the bible!' because most of 'christians' would oppose. so they are changing the 'meaning' of the bible and christian ideas. just to adjust them to the present. that's what i consider extremaly wrong. the very first interpretation of it (view of moral laws not of god because the god is one and neither for me nor for him it does really matter whether you're a buddhist or christian or whoever you want if you save your morality) was right and 'the most christian'. now people aren't christian anymore. they believe in church not in god.

+ why i oppose to call god anyhow and to divide religions in smaller and smaller parts is because morality should be one and the debates on whether to celebrate christmas or easter or anything is pointless. mostly because both chrismas and easter are conventional and in fact taking their begining in paganity. just be good one, and god will save you. is there anything more neccesary?

Probably because Christianity has more followers than any religion so people tend to be more knowledgeable about it
