Well here's a mainstream article, that basically calls it a too little, too late solution for oil dependence: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/4542853/ I'm sure there's all kind of viewpoints out there, but if you quote Greenpeace it is just going to sound real biased, I guess it depends on who you are talking to.
Look on the PIRG website for your state...they had a large national campaign against it. As well just look at any state PIRG website if yours dosen't have one.
