My wife has tiny fingers, so she uses two. We joke about her using her whole hand, but that's all it has been so far (A joke).
Personally, I love it. My ex did it to me and she wasn't super amazing at bjs but the added finger (or two) would make me shoot really hard. I would be subtle about approaching that with a guy because a lot of them wouldn't be into it.
