I love ballet to no end. I'm going to Toronto on Thursday to see the National Ballet of Canada do Sleeping Beauty, the Nureyev way! I'm so excited! Admittedly, my favourites are Tchaikovsky's, but I do like Giselle quite well, and under some circumstances Prokofiev's stuff, and a few others... Unfortunately I never learned to dance, although I sometimes pretend I can, but being a musician/composer (still learning, always learning), maybe some day I'll write my own ballet! We'll see.
