Ok anyone ever do this simple meditation breathing technique? if so pls tell of your benifits when using it. the technique: Take finger thumb and close 1 nostril and inhale then switch nostrils and exhale. Continue for 11 or so minutes.
I never have before, but I just did it really briefly, and it seemed like it helped. I like a simple meditation of closing my eyes, wherever/whenever, and taking mala beads and just focusing on breathing and in harmony with breathing move fingers on mala-beads, focus on nothing, but keep focused, yanno?
