yeah I know, blanket with a hole lol when I posted this I was tired/high/about to go to bed what I really want is a pattern for the hood part of it, like how on some of them the front parts of the hood overlap like this kinda but without the zipper:
Yeah not sure, wouldnt be hard to make one up, need pockets to, there the best on a cold winters night,
yeah my boyfriend is the one that wants to make one and he already attempted to draw out a pattern I was just seeing if anyone could give me one they know to work out. And I thought about putting two sets of hoodie pockets, one on the inside and outside so as to not expose too much arm if it's really cold
Haha, yeah sounds cool, make sure its realy grovey fabric also, not sure what mines made from tho its a heavy one,
here is a quick and dirty pattern for a hooded poncho, it works fine for me, but then again, I've been making my own clothes and patterns for years instructions to make: take a big ass piece of fabric, fold in half, fold in half again {you should have a fold on the side and on the top, like the pic} make sure it is as long as you want and is a square. measure around your head, add an inch, divide into 1/4 cut out, you have a poncho! want a hood? take some fabric and fold it in half, measure from the top of your head to your collar bone, this is the measurement of the face hole, and the neck hole is just your head measurement plus 5 inches halved. after the back curve is cut, sew along the curve. gather the neck holes together, sew, you have a hooded poncho! sorry for the slightly disjointed how-to, I'm a bit high, and this is how I write how-tos for myself...hope you can figure out what I'm talking about here:2thumbsup:
