Anyone know of a way to get on Methadone or Subutex in Wisconsin?

Trying to find an opiate maintenence program near Oshkosh, Wisconsin. It seems like its extremely expensive to get off dope here, to the point where the habit is cheaper. I am looking for the cheapest way to do it, and not having much luck. I never wanted to kick, I was forcefully relocated and ran out of access to my DOC and I am scheduled to start methadone thursday, which is like $150 then $13 a day, coming out to about 420 a month give or take.

Also, what can I expect from methadone? Anyone on it? How do they determine what dose to give you? I quit once before with subutex, it worked well but I don't think there is even a subutex Dr. here .... is methadone better or worse than Subutex? Anyone know? I am open to whatever suggestions someone might have, wisconsin has decent resources I just am not sure what they will cover for me. Feel free to leave a comment, we are all in the same boat

 

How much they put you on depends on how much you use. Don't expect to get fucked up.. thats all I know. I've never been ON methadone but I have a buddy who has been going to the clinic for over two years.. hes now down to 13mgs but it took a long time. He always complained because it didn't do shit to him, it just keeps him personally from getting sick. which is the whole point right?

 

Um yea .... it would be nice to catch a buzz to boot though. Seems not likely from what I am hearing ..... I guess I just gotta see for myself.

 

I wouldn't say it gets you high but it gives you " a glow " they usually start you around 30-35 mgs atleast here. that stuff is addicting though I had a tough time getting off it. I will say I stayed clean for the whole time I was on it without much trouble so it can save your life, good luck bro!
