Do any of his many practices or like his philosophy. He is very off the cuff and I heard him say he was vital due to using cobra venom. Isn't that like being an opioid addict? I didn't find it very encouraging. Here's his deity Linga Bhairavi th-4278758761.jpg Siva as young female.

Just another iteration of the endless stream of semi-criminal religious grifters in India.

Sadhguru generally advocates meditation for quantum leaps in productivity while being stoned out at the same time.

You can be stoned and alert at the same time

With respect to snakes, Sadhguru has a deep love for them, and has been catching venomous snakes as a child and teenager, probably learning the techniques from Indian snake catchers.

As an environmentalist he had captured a large number of venomous snakes that had wandered to urban areas and released them back in the jungles.

There are ancient indigenous medical arts in India such as Ayurveda, Siddha and others which has medical concoctions for certain healing purposes and possibly the cobra venom mixed with milk is a practice he may have learnt from healers there . He uses it for healing purposes for his body and not as a drug. I don't recommend this for everyone in general as it can create different reactions in different people.

I have come upon people in India and elsewhere who had exhausted every option that allopathy or modern medicine had to offer for their ailments, but found effective and inexpensive healing in Ayurveda and naturopathy so I am not that skeptical about the venom medicine that Sadhguru uses.
