Anyone try 4-ho-met or 4-HO-MiPT

Anyone try 4-ho-met or 4-HO-MiPT? If so what did you think? are there any similarities to 4-aco-dmt? what are the differences in your opinion?

 

Not yet, but I should have some 4-ho-met in the near future. Looking forward to this as I find the tryptamines awesome, but have only experienced that with 4-aco-dmt and shrooms. 4-ho-Dipt is a complete and utter fail for me with 2 trials.

 

I have not tried either, so I don't speak from personal experience but I've heard mixed reviews with 4-ho-met. Someone who seems to have a similar taste as I do in psychedelics did not enjoy 4-ho-met except in combination and then I remember Voyage posting about 4-ho-dipt and the following comments and I lost interest in that one as well. I've heard 4-ho mipt is pretty quality though, so based on what i've read on here I'd probably recommend that one, they're both fairly different from 4-aco-dmt to my understanding.

 

thx Gb and Voyage for your views. I have been reading about these 2 tryps on other forums and the reviews have been very positive. I'm dieing to try some tryps, since december has been phen city for me.

 

4-ho-mipt is fantastic. Brilliant audio enhancement, visuals not quite on par with 4-aco-dmt, but very interesting.

Also a bit less introspepctive, and shorter acting.

 

Fingers crossed, but I'm hoping to score some 4-AcO-MiPT later this month. Never tried any synthetic trypts other than 4-AcO-DMT, which I found too strong for my taste. I've heard fantastic things about 4-HO-MET and have my eye on a potential long-term source at the moment. All that's left is the wait

 

why not lower your dose with 4-aco-dmt if it was too strong?

if you want something "easier" 4-ho-met might be it, not speaking from personal experience

 

All the tryptamines are similar to each other just like all the 2c's are similar to other 2c's despite also all being unique.

Compared to 4-aco-dmt "Psilacetin", here are my thoughts on:

4-ho-met "Metocin": lasts about as long, less cosmic/trancelike/deep, more social, more visual (gorgeous visuals actually), about the same body load (fairly minimal, just some comeup nausea). This is probably the least deep tryptamine I've ever done (this or aMT) so it has great recreational value and is overall a wonderful, light, colorful experience that can still get work done. This one reminds me very much of 2C-B.

4-ho-mipt "miprocin": only lasts about half as long, much more energetic, 4-aco-dmt is very sedating and dreamlike while this is more of a jolt of cosmic energy. Lots of bodily vibrations, especially in the first hour, which can translate to much more GI disturbance IME. Much more overtly sexual than either of the two above (its positively tryptamine viagra IME), and due to the compressed nature of the trip (~3 hour length) its more of a rocket ride. Goes "as deep" as 4aces though in a different way/flavor. Visuals are present and stronger than 4aces visuals though still not really a big part of the experience IME.

I've only done both of these about 2-3 times each, and I've done 4-aco-dmt around 6-8 times. All of these are -great- chems.

well said mr.writer... 4-ho-met has better cev's (best imo) but then 4-ho-mipt has some spectacular tracers... both are less spiritual and introspective than 4-aco-dmt

 

I found 4-HO-MET to be quite boring. It had little to no psychedelic headspace and the visuals were boring. However, let it be noted that apparently tryptamines act very strangely in my brain seeing as how 4-AcO-DMT does nothing for me. However, Miprocin is wonderful. I absolutely love everything about it. It's like the visual intensity of mushrooms with a much lighter/smoother headspace. Mixed with LSD, Miprocin is phenomenal. They synergize so well and beautifully accent one another. The hyper real visuals of LSD is turned into a melty brilliant color shifting painting and the mindfuck is so warm and happy letting your imagination run wild as if you were a child again. Great for drawing, painting, ect. It's just a very artistic combo. I get that 'returning home' feeling that I get on mushrooms plus it has a great body high, very relaxing and euphoric.

 

4-HO-MET is a bit like psychedelic tofu.I find it does play very well with many other chemicals or compounds.It can make some great combo's if you do a little reseach but on its own,I feel the compound does not hold much on its own just not very much depth.

 

I guess it's another one of those dud tryp's for me. The second time I tried it I took 75ish mg. That is like triple the 'heavy' dose listed on erowid. Even mixed with LSD and 2C-B it didn't bring much to the table. The third or fourth time I tried 4-AcO-DMT (every time was from different batches from different sources to see if maybe I was getting bunk shit. A couple friends whom I shared with tripped so I know it was active.) I did about 80mgs and it was a very very very light trip. I pretty much had to lay in the dark with minimal stimuli to feel much of anything. It makes me sad that I can't experience what others do with that chemical. It sounds amazing!

That night we did the super combo of LSD, 2C-B, Metocin, Miprocin, 4-AcO-DMT, 2C-I, and DMT was off the wall though. I couldn't tell you if either the 4-AcO-DMT or Metocin did anything but since it was the bottom of the bag for those three tryps (If I remember correctly) and the 2C-I (or was it E or C? Idk... I know there was another 2C involved though.) I just said fuck it and decided on psychedelic gumbo.

It was a great night with close friends and some psychedelic gumbo as you just put it. lol

 

4-HO-MIPT is my fav drug of all times ... I was floating about my mates flat like a cloud for several hours when I took this the first time x
