I consider myself exceptionally good with money. I don't buy much, except things that are poor for my health, like cigarettes and liquor.. then gas when I need it. And I have a couple bills to pay... But other than that, I save every cent I make. What about you?
When I was 8 I lent my sister 10 bucks at 10% interest a day. Around the time it got to $60 she told my mom and I got grounded. A lesson I guess. Anecdote aside, I'm pretty good.
Yeah, I am very good with money. That's why I have no debt. I only buy what I need. I am not at all a materialistic person.
No...horrible...I have gotten better, but just because I quit my job and had to. When I worked, what I made was mine to do what I pleased with as my husband paid the bills. Now, I have a buisness that my husband funds, but I am thinking of just doing it part-time and going back to work part-time too. I miss having friends and a steady paycheck and frankly, I also miss feeling important.
I don't like 'things' just to clarify that i am not a collector of crap (you know you have one in your family, the person's house who gives you a freaking headache. if you don't, then it's your house most likely ). In fact I hate things and clutter and having more than one of anything. I have very few things, but everything I have I love and is really nice. But, I am still bad with money because when I do buy things or get a service done, I liek to have the best. We also go out to eat pretty much daily, which adds up. We're both pretty bad.
i do have my free for all weekends though - this past weekend as an example - i spent over $300 on eating out alone (friday night through monday night)...surprisingly, i didn't buy much booze either did win some of it back though through black jack
I sure am. The only thing I've wasted money on lately is weed. Outside of that I only spend on food, and I eat cheaply.
my parents were already raised by the time i came around; i certainly wasn't raised with them. and they still sucked with money. and i still figured it out on my own.
