do you mean without ears/ the sense of hearing? because some would say that music is all around us, and it is impossible to live without music as long as we can hear. in the sound of early morning traffic, a bird's song, a person reading a poem... define "music"
I used to love sunday mornings..was the only day my parents were gone..I could sleep in then in the late morning go outback and toke a bowl and sit and listen to the birds... that was nice.

i could, but my existence would completely lack any artistic meaning...which helps me deal with everyday things....i love music!
