Walking barefoot's grant. Wlaking in the forest's amazing. but walking barefoot in a forests's weird, fun and sometimes hurting. Anoyone had experience with that too, or maybe somewhere else?
Barefoot hiking can be a wonderful, amazing experience. You do have to be careful where you step and what you step on and elso not to overdo it if your feet are not "in shape"
Dirt trails with gravel mixed in used to give me blisters until my soles toughened up. I learned to watch out for tree roots and stop stubbing my toes. Everything feels comfortable now.
Why my feet sometimes hurt. Well I live in Belgium, and in the forest I walked in there were allot of sharp stones, and twigs who felled of fromt he storm. I was lucky that the dirt was soft and gentle. And also my feet aren't in shape....yet. peace
The only thing I ever really find hurting my feet are thorny weeds. We have some around here that don't look much different from the other grass and stuff, so it can't really be avoided.
