1990s were better then 1980s or what we've seen since, but still crapola compaired to the 1960, 1970s, and quite possibly, though i wasn't arround then, 1910s (PRE-wwi)

I'm changing my vote right here, I voted 1890 but i think i will actually have to say 1490, less corruption, cleaner air, more freedom.

 

1890....for the great art movements that happened around that time; impressionism , post-impressionism, art nouveau, expressionism, etc....

I guess I'll go with 1890 simply because I didn't enjoy the 1990s and I think the history in the late 1800s is interesting enough.
