anyone? i personally avoid music when i'm sad n shit cuz then when i listen to that song later i'll be reminded of that crapiness. i love my music so i dont like to taint it. however, i can't NOT listen to music, so that's when i listen to the shit i don't usually listen to when im happy. and those songs would be songs like:

Walk On - U2 (And pretty much that whole album, cuz i hate it other wise, except for a few songs heh. tho i'm a die hard u2 fan.)
    Incubus
    Lots of rap....
    Lots of the doors
and NO love songs. i can't listen to ANYTHING sappy. (but that's always the case)

(hed) PE always made me feel better. When I was mad about my breakup, I just turned them up as loud as I could stand, and went crazy. haha I'll tell you what, it sure helped! [IMG]

i dont know... call me crazy but when im sad, i like to just bask in it to the point where people probably think im insane. i like to listen to music that fits my mood and i get releif from that- knowing that someone else (the artist of the song atleased) felt the same as i do. if there isnt something to fit that, then i write my own.

if you are like me- check out dashboard confessional, copeland, MCR, NIN, even jewel, and all that emo crap. i know, crap, but its sooo good.

The Grey's Anatomy soundtrack. The songs are all about losing love and crappy relationships and stuff like that, so it's perfectly fitting. And I'm listening to it right now.

For me, anything angry. Because this last breakup just made me really really mad. So anything fast and heart pounding works for me.
