It's really the cheese and meat that makes breakfast expensive, but the eggs and beans give you all the protein you need and the cheese's calcium can be found in the egg's yolk, each of which has 3% of what you need for the day.

Why don't I cook more often???

Milk - $6.59 gallon
Sausages - $4.39 pack
Bread – $3.59 loaf
Coffee - $6.19
Orange Juice – 4.29 half gallon

Spread out over the course of 7 days - $4.67 a day

that's fucked up. your groceries are expensive. if I pay over 3.00 for a gallon of milk I'm probably in a gas station that's open at 3am. At kroger's it's like 2.5o for milk, 1.19 for JUMBO eggs, .88 cents for bread (the cheap shit on sale.). klosterman is still only 2.00.

Ok, almost $5 for a big, very delicious breakfast. I'm just sayin that if you cut out the coffee, milk, OJ and meat, it's still decent tasting and only costs $1/day. I knooooow you're all thinking that you just gotta have your juice and meat, but these things just quintupled the price!

 

You people are lucky, I could never find a gallon of milk for less than $4.

Wow!!! $6.59 for a gallon of milk!! The most I have ever paid is $4 a gallon. Usually it is around $3 and some change.

Beans are cool.

Beans are the customary dish for the workers of the space shuttle the day of the launch. If the relatives of the astronauts are there, they have some beans too. Not sure how that custom got started.

I don't think the astronauts eat them for the launch, though. Wouldn't be a good idea.

Refried beans, eggs, cheddar cheese, (meat choice) bacon, beef, chicken, or pork or if you wanna pig add them all. Then you heat up a tortilla and put your stuff in it and you got a super delicious breakfast burrito. Add some green hot sauce too if you want it spicey. my favorite breakfast item.
