today, my boyfriend's mom was telling me about this HUGE fair that was in toronto every year, where people from all different countries come, and they sell things and to things unique to their country..anyone know what i'm talking about?? i'm going to canada next saturday, and i was just wondering what dates this went on, hoping i'd be there!! thanks yall!
lol. Are you talking about a Mosiac or Folk Fest type of thing? We have them in Saskatchewan too. There are different pavilions set up all around the city, each one has demonstations of cultural dances, traditions, clothes, and foods of a specific country or culture. Is that what you are talking about? Last one I went to there were close to 30 pavilions... and you could by a bus pass to take you to all of them for $5, because by the end of it you were pretty trashed. hehe. If that is what you are talking about... well.. I don't know what the dates of the one in Toronto is. Every area has theirs at different times. Do a search for Toronto Culture Festival or something simular.
