of all the random crap I've seen, I saw a dodge caravan with the word 'Biscuit' in gothic lettering on the back.

That's it, just

I can't figure this out. Do they want a biscuit? are they saying they like biscuits? are they bragging about the biscuit they have?

 

Your guess is as good as mine... Perhaps it is code, and only those who can decode it know..

 

they're obviously part of the "biscuit" gang; only i know this because i too am a biscuit!!

 

biscuits is just a great word, maybe you're thinking too hard and it doesn't have any meaning.
