    I have been wearing black nail polish for the past 2 years. I don't think my nails went more than 4 or 5 days without being painted black...now whenever they arent (rarely), my nails look weird because im so used to having them black.

    i always have nail polish on my toenails, it looks weird having them bare

    my sister's alternative medicine doctor told her that when you wear nail polish it blocks the receptors (your nails) and they can't tell if it's daytime or nighttime, so you're always tired.. or it just messed around with your sleeping

    hmmm that doesn't make sense that would mean ppl that work on night shifts are always tired (even if they get a full sleep in the day...) because their nails tell the brain its night time...

    but...dont your eyes know when it's day or night?
    i wear black nail polish aaaalllllllllllll the time, fingers and toes.

    is this why im such an insomniac??? :confused:

    yeah i have been using black for like 3 years...i started wearing it because my friends were always up my ass about the dirt under my fingernails and with black nail polish they couldnt tell. ha now i sound dirty.
