heres my latest, tryin to sell them cus i found some nice expensive stones online and i want to upgrade.

 

these ones are all $15 + $1 shipping if you pay with a postal moneyorder.

 

i love the little 'basket' your stones rest in... how do i do it??? i've tried in the past and failed miserably.

i fyou notice most of the stones are wrapped with a waxed hemp, which as it ages will more closely match the unwaxed hemp. the stones are gauranteed not to come lose, as ive spent along time of trial and error to come up with a way to make it so they do not stretch. i've also just recently came up with the technique that shows most of the face of the stone as you see in the pics. i do have a wide variety of antique beads and a large arsenal of different knotwork in my repitiuor, which i reserve for custom work, which i welcome. the customs tend to get pricey though, so i make these simple ones so that they are affordable. please buy some for your hippy chicks, so that i can upgrade to these nice large ovals that ive found online.

i have to agree with hippievixen, those baskets are sweet! i like them a lot better than the wire wrapped stones that i have.

thats a good point, thats kinda why i developed this technique. if you believe in things like energy in stones, and do research on it, you'll find that metals interrupt the flow of energy and of your chi. but things like wood (and hemp) do not. im gonna put a pic up of the one that i wear because it is a much nicer stone, right now these stones are all i can find, i should put a pic up of the stones i got left. i also do crystals. and nicer pieces with antique beads or blown glass beads, but no one wants to pay $30+ for a necklace, so im savin all that stuff for now. i make alot of stuff if anyones interested, i have 5 sesigns for my guitar straps too, but i only have one mandolin one right now. thanks for the comments kids.

 

I've been waiting for u to post a thread in here...i seen some of the jewlery in ur gallery and was very impressed..They are beautiful......I am getting into wire wrapping some small stones and crystals...i really dig on those......i recently took a photo of some of my past hemp creations... that's funny cuz it looks like your photos...w/ the carpet...hehe ..
