Blood

just got back from giving a Pint and a half, feeling fine for some reason feeling kinda light, cooling off with a hein

Wondering if any of you gave blood before, or if there are needlephobics here

gots me a coupon for a complimentary pint of ice creams WOOOOOOO

 

fuck that shit. no one is getting my blood. Even if I wasn't deathly scared of needles, I still wouldn't give my blood away without getting money for it.

 

I can't give blood.

 

I've had so many people pass out on me while I've drawn blood or put in IVs.

It's hilarious.

 

I love to give blood, but mine isn't "clean" enough to give right now. I don't use needles, but I like IV' and getting blood drawn and all of that.(yeah I am weird.)

then last week i got into a huge fucking accident and i would have died if i didnt get some kind person's blood

I give plasma twice a week. The good thing about it is that you can do all the drugs you want before you donate. What's even better is doing them right after you donate because you get a super buzz from the lack of vital bodily fluids

 

tried 3 times, the blood actually stopped flowing into the bag the first 2 times, the third time i actually gave enough but felt horrible by the end, almost passed out, and supposedly i turned green.

i'm also terrified of needles, always was but it was intensified by those 3 experiences, so i don't think i'll be donating again
