So my cousin told me about this wicked gym class that gives a mix of tai chi, pilate's and yoga. I went along last night and im am in PAIN! haha... i completely got punished. Seemed a bit odd.. i was one of two blokes in the room and my muscles (or lack there of) were just failing. My legs were shaking and i felt so so weak and not flexible. Man.. props out to those yoga chicks in the class.. they outdone me handsdown. Anyone done or dose body balance?
