I think a skirt over jeans can look cute, but it doesn't suit everyone... tends to look best on girls who aren't too curvy, and are pretty tall - so I never wear 'em like that, heh.

Kilts do look comfortable as hell. Freeballin' it in a kilt on a nice summer day, that's got to feel good. I must look into buying a kilt
