My bro just got arrested for posession of coke and marijuana (not sure how much of each, im assuming a few grams of coke and an eighth of pot), he has two prior arrests (a DUI and possesion of marijuana), any educated guesses on what he'll get?
Since he's got priors, I'm amussing at least a little bit of jail time, especially if he's not a minor anymore. Unless you get some awesome as lawyer, i'm thinking he's gonna serve some time, espcially considering he had coke on him. I really feel bad that your bro got busted. I hate this fucking war on drugs. Its gay as AIDS. That's all i can say about that now
my bro had the same thing when they searched his car, of course he had jail time for that bit untill his awesome ass lawyer got him out of it clean free but my guess would be mabye around a year give or take a few months, expesially if he has priors, and if he is an adult.
