burger King Rant / what should I do

ok well i been working at a VERY LOW WELL RUN shitty burger king in the most how should i say "G'd up" burger king in Miami for two months.

so today i worked at 4:45pm ( you just have to be their and not clock in) well then i arrived at 5:00pm to clock in well then the store manager tells me "dont clock in because theirs no business" so am like great once i again on a sunday i knew this shit was going to happen....fuck. so then the "lead" teammember tells me "ok listen i will clock you in at 5:30pm ok?!" so am like " ok fine but WHY dont i just come back at 8pm its super slow on sundays and we have business then?!" so i still clock in at 5:30pm. then at 6pm the "lead" tells me "clock out!" Then thinking to my self am like "fuck here we go my two hour break"...............


then i sit down and start talking to the people sitting in the dinner since the "lead" was going to tell me when she needs me. BAM!! 10:00 PM I clock back in during this time it's me , the lead and the drivethru girl. so then I start making food (which she tolled me thats all am going to do!!)
and then the lead tells me " start on dishes" then i start on washing dishes.....as am washing dishes ( which is ALL UP TO ME TO WASH) the "lead" has balls to tell me to come and make her food thats up on the screen.....at this point am pissed be cause I have to stop from my DUTY and make food that she can handle. then as times goes I tell her " wtf am I making the food or washingdishes????????? or cooking fries?????????" then shes like " YEH YOU HAVE TO DO IT" personally i think their taking advantage of me and working me to the fullest like a slave. and then as i head back to the dishes the "lead" and the other girl go off on their FOURTH smoke break!! in side the BK. at this point I feel very upset, used , and angry.

Now at 12:20pm the lead tells me that she's clocked me OUT again and to come back at 1:15am to finish off the dishes, now I can tell you that i was through about 35mins of dishing washing work out of at total of 2 hour job. so then I cant believe that after a 5 hour EARLIER break I go again at another BREAK??????? so then I tell her whats up with this bullshit"????????? and shes like "ask the owner!! not me" btw EVERYONE has to be clock out at 2:00am. so if your still washing dishes after TWO then your wokring for free.



I tolled this to my friend and said to report it to the CORP. because thats bullshit and abusive.

can anyone help me out? what should i do this happened today and am getting paid on wedsday and at this point am going to just STOP coming in and not give my two weeks notice....... I mean why should I ? last week one of the other guys stop coming????? but his sister is still here(drivethrugirl).

 

i would get an education and try to work a top the social ladder, opposed to working at the bottom.

 

you say sorry motherfuxker Im punching in and your going to pay me for my time. This is a Burger King And the Company has millions of dollars.. Do you know what the price of gas and or travel is?
Then they can afford to give you the 7 bucks for the hr you did manage to show up for..

i'd say stick with the company and one day you'll be team leader...then maybe, cross your fingers, you can become manager.

if you do a great job as manager then you can shoot for regional manager. from there, you could aim to be general manager of the region.

slowly, you can advance up the ladder and own burger king...and finally have it your way.
