I have cheap ass little metal pipe. And when I smoke from it, it always burns my throat really fucking bad? Is this a result of the pipe? Just wondering because i remember it not burnign with my friends nice peice, so im kinda in the idk. Do you get that with blunts? ty.
Yes it is your pipe, try a glass peice. To me blunts and joints are pretty harsh, but most would disagree there...
Your pipe for sure needs to go man, if you have no access to anything else, just make an apple pipe...but yea go for glass
yea, it's just a result of how close the heat from the flame is to your throat, as opposed to like a bong, where the heat is diminished through the water. the smoke is still really hot when it enters your throat, so, that's why it burns. one way I get around that, is when I'm inhaling from a pipe, be it metal or glass or whatever, I pull my lips slightly away from the mouthpiece, to where my lips aren't touching the pipe anymore, but I'm still sucking in. The pot will still burn and smoke will still come through, but cooler air will also be sucked in, cooling the smoke down a little. it takes a little practice to get it down, but it's worth it. it's not a lot, but, it helps when all you have to smoke out of is a pipe....
Joints and blunts are easy, well they seem really easy to toke... but it could just be over time of experience. And heres a tip don't wet the pape, when you toke.
