Busted at a Playground

Alright, so here's my big bust. I changed up the names of my friends. I'm 15 years old by the way, almost 16.

I was with 2 of my friends, Tim and Evan. We were staying the night at Tim's house. I came over with 3 g's of mids, and they had 1g of mango Kush. I was exited, because it had been a long week on a family trip to Boston. At around 12:00, we grabbed 3 beers (1 for each of us), and walked down the street to an elementary school playground. Before we smoked, one of my "piece dealers " came so we could buy 2 pipes. Me and Evan asked Tim if it was legit to smoke there, Tim said it was alright.

After an hour, we had smoked probably 2g's of the mids, and all the Kush. All of us had drank our beers, and we decided to go back to Tim's place. As soon as we came to the front of the school to get on the sidewalk, we saw a red light, blinking. It was a police car, so we dashed. As soon as we started to run, police lights came on. But not only 1 car, 5cars! A voice yelled "Get on the ground!" I got on the ground and was handcuffed. The cops found my pipe on me, a fake ID in my wallet (that I actually forgot about), and my beer bottle. They laughed and said "This fake ID is worse than Mclovins!" I thought that was pretty funny. Tim and Evan tried to run through the trees, but were tackled.

I was charged with an MIP, fake ID, and drug paraphernalia. My parents found my 2 bongs, and made me smash them. It was like smashing all my good memories. They're making me get a haircut for court, and burning all my Bob Marley and Grateful Dead clothes. They already threw every hemp out. I've got no phone, no money. Can't see my friends. Can't even fucking wear my clothes or dress my style.

So that's how I got busted, not that great but just felt like telling it..that's all I can do these days. Don't know when my hearing is, but does anyone here know how I can keep my hair? I've been growing it out for SO long and feel like if they cut it, it's going to take me away from myself.

 

5 cars? wow haha for 3 kids smoking pot that seems excessive...

None of your charges are even that serious, you're gonna get like 20 hours of community service and 3 months probation, maybe. And then it all gets stricken from the record anyways, I mean for alot of people who get their 1st small pot bust that's how it goes, but it's a certain if you're under 18. Keep your hair.

Also, your parents suck.

 

I'm JUST under 16 so all I know is fines/community service, and won't get my license till 6 months after my birthday. Not even that bad, no jail or anything, and will the judge seriously make it worse if I have long hair?

I would also tell you not to get a license....

im my experience, sucking up to the judge, looking nice, and being overly polite get you out of trouble a lot quicker.

EDIT: to the op: this is your first offense and your a minor, so its going to be cake. but as general advise, judges will give you less "punishment" for drug cases if you have a job and are attending school.

Fake ID's are felonies in Florida I think. That sucks dude, you shouldn't cut your hair just because of a fucking prick judge though, just go and get it all over with. Your hair won't effect them that much.

 

That sucks man, as soon as you run, they're coming after you. Bad luck though. I liked the comment about mclovin, that was funny. Screw your parents making YOU cut YOUR hair and burning your clothes, they should burn one down and chill the fuck out, this isn't nazi germany.

AND my dad took away my phone and plans to look through it and bust all my dealers and friends!! Its locked up in a drawer in his closet so I can't get it! Ahhhhh
