Buying Vaporizer from stranger?

I've been looking for something decent to smoke out of lately, (sick of using homemade bongs lol) so i asked my dealer if he had anything extra i could buy off him, he said he had a vaporizer for 70 bucks

but the thing is, this is only the second time i've bought off this guy, i don't even know him really, so what if its broken or something? i dont even know where he lives so i wouldnt even be able to get my money back... but would a dealer do that? is 70bucks worth loosing a customer?

also, isnt 70 pretty cheap for a vaporizer? don't they usually go for 100-200

and i'm unable to go get one from an actual shop, so this is pretty much my only option for getting one, should i or not? please reply asap i'm gunna meet him in like 20mins lol

dude.. it really depends.. if he is trying to sell you a silver surfer.. or a da buddha.. extreme q or v tower.. magic flight.. iolite.. i'd say $70 is good if it all works.. but if its a $70 vape for $70 I would not buy it... there are a lot of vapes out there and 90% of them suck

if you could tell me more about it i could give you better information
