The federal government used to have a surplus too. Thank goodness Bush came in and solved that problem.
This was a hit and run post at lunch time, and I've not read the page yet, just a brief bit on another site. So, did they use any of this surplus to pay off the crisis crap, or are we still going to be paying for it via taxes for XX amount of years?
