So i have a friend who just got back from bummin' it around America. What she explained to me, especially about California, was like a living dream, a trippers paradise. She lived in the Redwood Forest up in the trees, and in some of the trees. Everyone there eats mushrooms and acid for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is everywhere, people just grow mushrooms and weed, and just find sheets of acid all the time. There is free everything, people just have food, either from growing there own or from food stamps. Everything is free, nobody steals, everyone shares. She says there able to manifest things over there, like using the mind to manifest, just give the universe 3 days to do its thing, and it comes to you. You can work in the weed farms trimming weed for people, and they'll pay you in either money or weed. Plus you can keep your trimmings and make hash from them. There are even 420 emergency tents, if you haven't got high all day and you need a kick, they got you, and even if you are high and you just want to smoke, they got you! She said the trees are actually coming together, and there going to form one tree. She explained so much wild magical stuff that does not happen to the normal world. Only the free people witness it, it is truly oneness over there. Grandpa Woodstock lives over there, and if your friendly enough he will drop beautiful clean acid all on your tongue. Everyone loves eachother, everyones free, everything is free, psychedelics are plentiful, magic is everywhere, no one messes with you, life is good! I am going to try to experience this as soon as possible, its like a festival that never ends, come along everyone!
Wow that sounds almost too good to be true. I mean there has to be a catch right? where do I sign up?
No thanks. all that stuff is plentiful in my area. plus this way i get to keep my job, and finish school and not end up a squatter off in the woods somewhere.
Thats the thing, there always seems to be a catch to life, but this is real, soo real, and its right there. Its right in humbolt county, "kids in the woods" they call themselves. Peoples minds are literally on another level, like everyone knows what we know, so they can all live it, and they live it together. The things this girl was telling me, i mean my heart was literally melting, it was incredible! Squattin in the woods seems like the life to me, nothing like nature, and there's also nothing like LSD for breakfast.
Sounds like a mixture of a rainbow gathering and a large grow op. I think you got your stories crossed.
Don't take second-hand info so seriously, especially when the girl admits that they were taking large amounts of psychedelics all the time.
Too true! Once I get enough money to drive across the country, Im going to move to cali and live with rainbow. For the rest of my life. Yeah yeah, some people do like to bend over and take it, hair pulled, and feel the fingers of society up in their nostrils. "SUBMIT, SURRENDER!!" "yes sir"... But there are also some people who occupy themselves with ways to get around, or fly under the raydar, so they dont have to submit and take it. Acceptence is a good thing, but alot of things accepted are not things liked. I choose to think for myself.
and some people bend over in the woods, pull a leaf off a shrub, and wipe their ass after taking a crusty shit. did they have to surrender to society? heck no. did they submit to eat pine nettles again for lunch yesterday? yes sir.
Having a job, finishing school, and living on the "radar" is not "bending over and taking it" from society. Believing things because someone told you should believe it is "bending over and taking it" from society. I'm a hippie at heart, but there is something out there called real life. As much as I'd like to smoke pot all-day, trip balls whenever I feel like it, and be lazy, that ain't how the world works.
Yes. While, psychedelics may have opened up other worlds out there, the drugs always leave your system and you always return to this world.
Some of us like to live differently. But ya I'm on your side pr0ne. Scratch that, I'm on my side, but we can trade goods fo sho! EDIT: And shit if half of what you say is true I'm goin' on a summer trip for a few years haha. Totally down to find out, I hope I remember this in the spring
You can tell when someone is telling the truth or not. Maybe there is more to life then what you call, "the real world". Maybe there is a life out there beyond this. Beyond all this mundane living, extraordinary life, you don't have to do it, but what if you did, what if you dared to take that step? I believe there are parts of the world hidden to us until we are ready to let go, until we are ready to see the world without judgment. After I finish up the next semester of college, im daring to take that step.
