I believe the touch itself can turn you on. It is just a part that is conditioned to be an erogenous zone. If he/she would rub your feet during or before sexual contact, it would become an erogenous zone through classical conditioning!

Don't be so shy about your feet being dirty because you go barefoot. It's hard to believe, but I have gone from having a fetish for only clean feet, to having a serious thing for dirty feet as well! youd hope the feet have good sense, theyre like the part of the body that is almost always in contact with pressure, and when barefoot, you really need to feel what your walking on in order to make safe assumptions on where to walk and stuff
