thats a turtle-human who is double jointed. very very rare occurences, lucky somebody got a picture of it this time.
LMAO!!!! That is hilarious. That is the second time this morning within the past 10 minutes that I laughed so hard.
I would only want a picture in case you hurt yourself so I can explain to the Doctor what it was you were trying to do.
it's pretty easy, you just have to be relaxed. lay on your back on the floor, then lift your legs up straight into the air, leaving only your head and neck on the floor. drop your hands to the floor palms down (this help stabilize you). then place your feet on the floor. i tried doing that with my feet this morning. it's been a while, i guess i have to limber up again. i usually just stick my feet straight back as far as they can go, toes to the floor. it's really great for stretching out my upper back and neck. i started doing that to help alleviate migraines triggered by tension headaches. it's a miracle.
It help relieves headaches and migraines? I have to try this out. I had to admit though, I am a little scared. I can hear my back snapping just thinking about trying it.
start slowly. really what it does is to maintain proper blood flow to your head by working out kinks in your spine and muscles. because sometimes when your upper back and neck spasm, or if a vertebra in your neck gets outta line, then goes back to normal you'll get a massive headache from the suddenly open blood vessels. keeping them opened and free of restriction helps a lot.
Before I attempt this I am going to wait till I am feeling better. In the meantime I think what I should do is start training for this. I'll start by doing some stretches. This does not look like something I could attempt for the first time without a team of doctors and pharmasists.
