Cannot Last Long during sex

hello, im new to sex.. im sorry if im reposting. i was trying to find some nice tutorial.. ie from scratch, how to do sex.. but all in vain.. and im here..here is the thing.. i had her.. but nothing happened.. i used a condom and i tried to insert my penis.. but i couldn't find the right spot.. next problem is, once we start to have some pleasure, my sperm goes out and we need to stop. it take long time to get it boner again.. is this normal? i have seen videos of people doing it for long time. and i want to know how to do it without using any drugs..
