I went car shopping last night and everytime prior to last night the dealer had the upper hand because the car i owned was ready to die. this time im just looking for something practical as my car runs fine. it was so nice to have the upper hand last nioght and i got down to every detail i wanted including color. they had the model and year i wanted but the car was navy and i want black so its going to be a wait but it felt good not to rush into any decision. it was the first time i went alone too my mom went for my last car and my ex boyfriend bought me the car i had prior to that so it felt so incredidbley good to do everything independently...sigh im a grownup yay!!!!!!!!!
I had the same feeling when I bought my Jeep... It was me all by myself and I had a great car to trade in And I got a great trade in Price and a lower price on my jeep... Its a great feeling... Until you have your first problem with the new car... When Mine broke I hated myself for going alone.. But they Fixed it and Im happy again
well i want a four door and something safer. i dont want a brand new car i want a 2002 like i have just a safer make and model. but man i dont know i went from the volvo dealership to test the new gt mustang and fell in love but i can't get another mustang because well theyre not practical and would defeat my purpose of wanting a safe practical car. i want a volvo s60 turbo or one that's been converted to a v8
i do too i love them and miss them so much. i cant wait!!!!!!!!! i just got a part time job as a trainer that pays 75/hr so it will take car of the additional cost of the payment, which i was worried about before because i work at a non-profit and i would be stretched without this new income. what do you think of the s60's? thats what im mostly looking at. an s40 would be the most practical but the small engine would get on my nerves.
i almost lost control of my mustang yesterday because it was windy and they fishtail really bad. ive rolled a car before that fishtailed and for some reason walked away unharmed. i dont think id be as lucky the next time and its almost santaana season so i want a volvo before the winds start to pick up. i live in a valley and work in a different valley so theyre both windy areas.
Personally I really like the new S40. If you're worried about the engine being small, there is always the S40 T5 with a more powerful engine. But S60s are nice too, especially like the S60 T5 or S60 R. Whatever you go for though, it will be a nice car.
my car is a bike. ok yeah, that was lame. I don't even have my drivers liscence though, just my learners. I'm too scared of hitting pedestrians and other cars to deal with it. Busses and bikes are fine for this little city.
I was 19 when i got my license..dont feel bad and i have been in over 7 accidents run away, run away...
i wish i could go everywhere on roller skates.. i hate people who ride their bikes on narrow roads where you have to go in the other lane to go around them...i really feel like sometimes hitting them..
I know, especially on narrow winding roads..I love the ones that do that that have their baby in the back
i just wish i could get a piece of shit car that would get me to and from school. i dont' need it for anythign else. i can bike or walk or take public transportation in boston. and biking...if there's no designated bike lane/path...i bike in regular lane if i can bike the speed limit. if i have to obey the same traffic rules as people in cars...i'm gonna use the whole damn lane. i'll be damned if i move out of the way.
I've had dumbfucks nearly hit me enoughs times while I was in a car, I'm sure as hell not riding a bike on the street. These fuckers do not know how to drive.
if i get hit, that persons gonna have a huge lawsuit waiting for them. if i'm on a bike, i have as much right to use the road as does any car, truck, bus, whatever...
