As the title says I got caught having "sex" in a cinema car park before midnight, what happens now? When i say sex, we were not actually having sex, just lying down (topless) and kissing in the back of a car at a cinema car park...parked away from all the other cars in a quiet corner. Someone cam and knocked on the window, told us to get the **** out, and was telling someone my number plate on the radio. Wasn't a cop, i assume it was the cinemas security guard. What happens now Will I be reported to cops, and sent anything through the post. I'm just worried why he took my number plate down ...should've just had sex! :juggle: Live in uk..if that makes a difference Was also kicked out of a different lot few years back, that one was more stupid as she was just sat in the lap.
are you talking about a drive in, or a parking lot outside a movie theater? not that it really matters, just curious. i don't know the uk law, but i can't imagine what law could have been broken except maybe an indecent exposure at the most. seems like if he wanted to report you he would have kept you there and called the police right then. if it comes down to it, a decent lawyer could probably get you off unless he took pictures. it's a good thing it was before midnight. if you have car sex after midnight you turn into one of these.
