This is way too polished and mainstream sounding. I'm kinda disappointed in this album now. What ever happened to our happy label that ran underneath the streets? I miss it, I miss those dark and depressive CDs with sharp beats and raw lyrics.

This is still dark and depressive but fuck, this sounds like a radio mainstream top 40 sound. It's just embarrassing to bump it loudly.

who does a good drum beat?....just drums.....like an African tribe kind of thing...I like drums....just drums sometimes.

 

I have a raw deer hide drum that BOOOOOOMS in the right environment conditions. But of moisture in the ear and so much bass. Once it's just cold though it is tingy sounding, I use a hair dryer to get the hide to a consistent feel.

 

Forget The Ear, Just Plug The Head With Cotton Wool....
