i am wondering if putting a wet,just cut bud onto a bowl of rice would help dry it quicker

 

You should try it out. You need another control bud though. While your at it you could try sun under glass for which you would need yet more bud. If you get my drift.

 

Rolling that will work to suck up some moisture, but drying freshly picked buds strictly in white rice probably won't dry them to a proper level. I think this will leave too much moisture in the freshly picked buds, and they will be more susceptible to mold and whatnot. Or else it might dry it out too quickly and cause a bunch of your essential oils to dry up with the plant material (not good).. Also, drying too fast without curing will likely fuck with the terpenes (taste) and other essential oils, which store best when traditionally dried and then cured in mason jars. Unless you did this rice method for several days to a couple weeks, always throwing out the rice and adding fresh stuff when its absorbed as much moisture as it can hold... At the end of the day though, I could see this method as causing moisture problems, and therefore problems with mold and mildew.. I'm no expert though so who knows

If anything, I would hang dry your buds for several days and then try the rice method if there's still just a little too much moisture in them.

Right, that's why I don't think the rice method would work too well... Like I said, I can see that method as being very susceptible to moisture problems.

peanut butter n jelly sandwich still my favorite, always be my favorite...its very good if you put some bbq chips in it as well. just dont put the chips in then leave tghe sandwich..they will get soft. you must make the sandwich with crunchy peanut butter and raseberry or blackberry jam...amazing

This morning I made a couple turkey sandwiches and sliced up a bunch of fresh fruit... me and my girl packed a lunch and went out for a hike/lunch at the eternal flame... The eternal flame is a waterfall around here, with a natural gas leak behind where the water comes down.. Gas is constantly leaking out in that one spot, so you can take a lighter and light it and it will stay lit.. Looks so cool when you're looking at the waterfall head on... a waterfall with tons of water flowing over the edge, but behind that flowing water is a fire...

It's a cool spot.. one of my favorites. My gf had never heard of the place, so I took her out there today. We stayed for a couple hours just swimming in the creek and smoking some bowls and whatnot... was a beautiful day!

weed is scarce around here right now... my guy was dry for over a week, for the first time in a looonnngggg time. prices will probably plummet in a few weeks though.

im bout to go do a 30 mile time trial on the mountain bike. last time i timed this route (i've ridden a ton of times without timing it) it took 2hr 15 min. that was about two months ago.

you big dope...i was talking about drying one joints worth off an early budder...no micro wave here...daughter doesnt believe in using micro waves to cook food....i just put it through the coffee grinder that i use...shred the bejesus out of it and put some tobakky in it

people put phones in rice...i figured why not...i;m trying it with the next one...maybe i stumbled on something here
