chatastrophic circumstances

I was in Sweden for about 2.5 months. My family has a summer cottage there so I've been going to stay there over the summer for many years now. It sort of feels just like the ordinary for me, but there were some fun things to do this summer.

I went for a two day, one night hike with a friend where we walked up on a mountain and just camped out, ate food and smoked hash. Towards the end of the night my buddy tells me to "roll up a canadian joint", so I put a bunch of hash in there. Right after smoking it he got extremely dizzy and vomited once. We had just made noodle soup so he immediately started eating some and a few seconds later coughed up the noodles pretty much whole. This repeated for a few times before he realized nothing would be digested and went to bed. It was half sickening, half funny.. mostly funny, though.

A more exciting high point was going to the mountains for a real 3 full days and 4 nights camping trip. I've got some pictures from it which I'll probably put up a bit later. The weather was really nice every day, except for on the first day during which it rained. It was really nice to fully get away from it all and really just spend some time in nature, eating simpler food and living a simpler life. Civilization feels much more luxurious upon one's return.

Other than that.. I also had a botched attempt at growing cannabis. I had planted 4 seeds in some pots and put them outdoors. 3 didn't come up, and the one that did was bitten off by some bug while still a stem with a seed coat on the top. So after two months of being a tiny seedling this plant finally took off a bit. When I left it, it was of a decent size and (hopefully) my friend will be able to flower it for me and leave me some good buds.

But thanks for your welcome, I hope those stories weren't too boring to read. One good thing about this snus stuff is that they don't sell it here in Canada, so there's no way I'll be able to buy more here.

well i managed to not get eatin by bears last weekend. rode 80 miles of the most epic trails in north georgia appalachians. made some new friends, great training, great time.

 

Right on man, sounds like a lot of fun. Camping is the shit, especially if you got a good spot and a mountain sounds about as good as any. you staying in a rural area out there ? .."roll a canadian joint" :2thumbsup: I've been getting people pretty fucked up lately myself...

And hey I can relate about the friend puking, kind of anyways as I didn't have to deal with actual puke... but I once gave a friend who's relatively light-weigh when it comes to cannabis smoking a fucking HUGE oil dab out of my glass oil bubbler.. made the oil myself too and it was from 1/2 ounce of beautiful trich covered GDP.. not even trim I've been using straight up bud to make it. But anyways I give my buddy a huge dab and he starts coughing so hard, face turns DARK red (almost purple) and his girlfriend immediately starts looking panicked saying "He's gonna puke!!, honey go to the sink go to the sink".. he walked over and was dry heaving (still coughing his brains out) but fortunately didn't actually puke anywhere.. get gets up from leaning over the sink, tries to take two steps toward living room and collapses from headrush that blacked out his vision for a second.. he got right back up and was fine but it was pretty intense.. I did it intentionally too intending to fuck him up huge (in the best way possible), I myself dont even fuck with dabs that big :devil: I've learned my lesson the hard way..

Yeah, it's a rural area but there's a town nearby that has a little over 100 000 people living in it. And that's considered big in the north..

But yeah, getting people completely fucked up sometimes can be really fun. Always fun to watch someone get much higher than they thought they would.

Yup, I'm pretty much fully fluent. The people there are really nice. It feels like the society there just functions better in general. Of course, it's also a smaller town that I live in than I am used to.. could just be the small town atmosphere talking.

 

northern georgian appalachians? the bears would be the least of my worries... unless by bear you meant big hairy men..

 

Anyone know what happened here? I was driving around today, then was parked outside for at least 2 hours while i was doing some shopping and whatnot... I get back in my car, start it up, and see that my battery light and oil light is on, which is weird because the battery is fairly new and i just had oil done a few weeks ago... So i kind of ignored it and started to pull out of the parking lot... As i was pulling out i realised my gas pedal was weird and i had to push it down a lot more, and the pedal was pretty much all the way down yet i was barely moving, i then tried to stop but my breaks were having the exact same issue..

So i just pulled to the side and shut my car off, turned it back on, and the battery and oil lights were then off and the car worked perfectly again... what happened?

I was scared shitless too because i've been driving around without my actual licences, so if my car broke down or something i'd be totally fucked and busted. not by my parents, they know and allow me to drive from time to time certain places on my own without it, but by the cops... if i got busted they could suspend me from getting it for a long long time i'm sure...
