Checking experiences of sources with others

    I've been a lurker for a while, just joined.
    Since UD has been down it's been hard to check experiences on the sources I find. I have a few sources I was wanting to know if they are valid, and I'm sure I'll find more in the future. What's the best way (besides losing money) to validate if a source is legitmate or not.

    find an experienced poster and ask if they mind if you PM them with source to check...
