I am doing this statement and it deals with these kids, one is 8, one is 10, and the other one is 13. They were playing with their guns, one a 22 caliber, one a 22 gage and the other is a 12 gage. And they were outside shooting at birds and clay pigeon. And their dad would just come out and check on them once and a while. Well, one kid tripped over a log when he was running and the gun went off and shot the other kid in the leg area. Now, guns I dont like. I cant stand guns and me personally would never bring one into my house ever. I was just wondering what your thoughts about guns and or children and guns?
Yeah, and the kid shot his freakin friend and these kids dont even sound like they feel bad or did anything wrong. And the dad, the dad sounds like a jackass cause he doesnt even feel bad for what had happened. What if the kid shot him in the face instead.. These people, i swear they get stupider and stupider everyday...
i dont know guns, that was what the little shit said, i just type the info... well i am glad you enjoy your guns and hope one day you dont shoot your face off..well wait, maybe that wouldnt be such a bad thing...
Children should not be allowed to play with guns.. thats just stupid... I think any parent that hands their small child a gun should have their children taken away from them... Im not a fan of having guns in a home... Okay you can make the battle of self-defence... but it still not a good idea with children there
i own guns. i'm a hunter, after all. and my hsband comes from a long line of hunters. dave was presented with his first gun when he was 8. though 8 was a very different maturity level back then. dave's son has been learning the proper use of guns since HE was eight. my daughter will also learn the proper use of guns. until then, they're securely locked up. accidents happen, and dad, letting this boy run with a gun is plain careless and dumb. obviously they didn't learn the proper carrying of a loaded gun, and they're DAMNED lucky the kid didn't end up with a worse injury. but no, i have no problem with guns, their usage, their existance within my home or older children having access to them when they're taught the proper carrying and under adult supervision.
there is such thing as a .22 guage .....its actually a common one anyway, bad parenting, bad combination...i would never risk having a gun near a kid without strict supervision. my grandpa used to take me target shooting on his farm...never really liked the feeling of having something in my hands that could kill him if I pointed it in his direction. I don't even want a gun of my own because I don't like the finality of them....its too easy to do something stupid in a moment of despair.
as if I would want to survive being shot in the face..... luckily I would have strapped some explosives on my body so that when colenzo comes to inspect the damage, i take him out too.
__________ You know nothing about Indians. They won't shoot you in the head 'cause that's the souvenir silly.
i just personally wouldnt own a gun, but thats just me. The thing that just made me angry about it was that the father let the children carelessly use them. And wasnt even around watching them use it. If your around, thats fine thats your children your choice, but to let them wild with guns all three of them. Especially if they are running and being crazy with them...
