Chris Angel vs. David Blaine

Who's the man ?

I like Chris Angel, mostly because I have seen him quite a few times on Mind Freak... and he was very impressive.
There was a little thirty minute show of David Blaine on tonight and it was mostly card tricks... and he levitated, very briefly.

Do you believe either of them have supernatural powers, or do you think it is all just smoke N mirrors?

 

I prefer Criss Angel. Criss Angel only plays the supernatural card to a minimal extent. I haven't heard David Blaine use it much at all.

I think there are much better magicians than both of them, but Criss Angel has a neat way about revising tricks real well.

I have never seen anybody come close to Chris.

 

criss angel is just an all around better optical illusionist, but blaine beats him on feats of human endurance.

 

I prefer David Blaine and I’m looking forward to his next airing in May of 08’

Back in his day, Copperfield was absolutely nuts. However, I think my favorite may be Paul Daniels.

Interestingly enough, I just found a whole bunch of videos on YouTube accusing Criss Angel of video manipulation, that has some compelling arguments. I think he got caught pretty good there.

Just watched an episode for Criss last night...He had himself attached by fish hooks from a helicopter.... what is he trying to prove :S

Criss Angel is deliciously good looking and I was crazy about him when Mindfreak first came out. Now I don't have cable, so I haven't really had much to do with that anymore. I usually hate optical illusions and all that junk, but he's a crazy ass motherfucker and I think it's fascinating to watch him not die week after week.

 

Magicians are just one step above mimes in the entertainment ladder.
