christmas swap

    anyone up for a secret santa type swap? maybe just a small one ($20?) since i know we are all busy getting ready for christmas. handmade by you only? what do you guys think?

    count me in! we should get a lot of people into it, have everyone post a few likes of theirs, or things about them, and someone can "secretly" assign each person another via pm. but everyone needs to make sure their committed. :p

    any suggestions about what to do if/when someone flakes? not saying anyone here will, but it has happened on a good number of swaps i've been in. i usually volunteer to make extra in case anything happens like this or someone can't get something out for some reason, that way someone doesn't get left out.. what do you guys think about that? i really don't know what to do to make sure everyone is committed, just hope that everyone is i guess.

    ya i remember one or two years ago, there was a secret santa thing in one of my classes, the teacher ended up buying a gift for my best friend because her secret santa flaked. it was obvious who did it, but it was a nice gesture. i felt bad for the teacher having to pick up the student's slack! :)
